This is my very first workout post-partum which means after I had the baby, I had to basically do a very basic beginner level workout to see what I can and cannot do… As you can see I can’t squat too low right now and lunging bothers the scar a little, but it feels good to be back!

FYI: This would be an excellent beginner workout for anyone just starting.
