Let’s face it, at the end of the day we are all human and lose our motivation at some point. Here are a few tips on how you can stay on track and motivated!

#1 – Track Your Progress
The more results you see, the more you will want to push yourself to attain the goals you strive for. Track every week or every two weeks, by a combination of body pictures and writing down your accomplishments. 
#2 – Keep Motivating Pictures
Do you idolize a certain celebrity and their hot body status? Well guess what they worked for it just like the rest of us have to, so print out a realistic goal pic of celebrity, or fitness guru, and put it somewhere you can see it everyday. 
#3 – Like Minded Individuals
Your friends and family should be your biggest support team, explain to them how important this healthy and fit lifestyle is to you. Chances are you might get a few friends and family who want to join you. You will motivate and help eachother stay on track and it makes the process fun.
#4 – Stay Current
Subscribe to fitness, health, and wellness magazines and newsletters, read and stay informed you might pick up a few things that you may want to try out, not to mention your knowledge base will expand, allowing you to try new things and impress your friends. 
#5 – Join a Community
Joining a fitness and health community which keeps you motivated by all these individuals on the same journey as you. Social networks such as Instagram and Pinterest have a huge fitness community filled with motivation and inspiration @FitCrazyTV being one of them.
